RS Mines, owner of The Queen’s Mine in Sri Lanka, has engaged The Public Listing Co. to assist with corporate advisory, capital raising and the listing of their business on the ASX. The Queen’s Mine is one of the world’s largest and highest grade deposits of graphite, which the popular resource ‘graphene’ is derived from.
The Public Listing Co’s Managing Director, James Mawhinney, stated the following about the partnership with RS Mines –

A new company is being incorporated named Global Graphene Technologies which will be the parent company owning an interest in RS Mines and a variety of other subsidiaries with a heavy focus on graphene related investments.
